No, EngageAI can be purchased and deployed as a standalone product. If you also use our Calculator, the two integrate seamlessly, combining emissions reporting and behavioural change, but Calculator is no longer required to get started with EngageAI.
Can I start with a pilot?
Yes. Programmes of any size can start with a pilot to demonstrate real-world impact and ROI before rolling out more widely. Pilots are designed to test EngageAI against your actual travel patterns and decision points, with clear success metrics agreed upfront. We ask for a minimum pilot size of $10k to ensure there is enough volume to measure cost and emissions outcomes.
I don’t have WhatsApp. Can I use other platforms to receive messages / nudges?
Yes. EngageAI can deliver interventions through multiple channels depending on your setup. Channels that EngageAI supports today include Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, email and point-of-sale booking tools; with deep integrations into TMC apps on the horizon.
